The Bali Beans family-owned farm has been operating since 1985. We are dedicated to providing an empowering and safe working environment for all of our farmers and growers. Our premium coffee is grown and nurtured by 22 Balinese women who practice the ‘Subak Abian’ method of farming, which means they work together in a local co-operative to support each other as a professional farming community.

Bali Beans Coffee has created job opportunities for these women by showing them how to sell their delicious coffee beans through Direct Trade. We are proud that the women who grow and farm our coffee are able to support their families while using sustainable practices to deliver delicious, organic coffee to homes and coffee shops around the world. Our coffee doesn’t use any fertilizers, chemicals, or pesticides.
